The PetWise Membership Explained
Our membership is designed to create a happy, familiar and safe community for every dog.
Every member attends at least once a week, so the dogs regularly see the same friends, faces and staff. Over time, they get to know each other — and our team gets to know your dog’s personality, routines and little quirks too.
Membership includes:
-
Weekly day care — regular visits help your dog build familiar friendships.
-
Grooming vouchers when you join — a little welcome treat for your pup.
-
Discounted birthday pawties — because every dog deserves a celebration!
-
Exclusive member events throughout the year — fun days, parties and special activities.
-
A familiar, caring environment — our staff know the dogs and treat them like family.
-
A community of familiar faces — dogs get to know their regular friends, helping create a settled and comfortable day-care environment.
-
2 week holiday pause - going on holiday? Our membership includes a 2 week pause per year for when you are away.
One membership. Regular friends. A team who knows your dog. A place they can call their PetWise family.
Weekly Attendance Requirement
All dogs who attend day care are required to attend a minimum of once a week.
This allows us to:
Keep playgroups consistent with familiar friends
Maintain a calm and safe daycare environment
Help your dog build lifelong friendships and routines
Plan suitable actvities filled with enrichment, socialisation and rest
Missed sessions are still charged, except during your holiday pause weeks. This ensures that themembrship system works for all dogs and maintains the quality of the daycare community.
