We believe day care should be more than just somwhere for dogs to play in. Our days are carfeully structured to balance:

- Scheduled rest and nap time on the sofas

This creates a calm, happy day care environment where dogs don't get overstimulted or overtired - allowing them to go home relaxed and content after a fun day here at PetWise.

We believe great daycare is built on knowledge, structure and genuine care. Thats why we have built a great team that have animal specific qualifications, years of experience working with dogs and 5 star training in dog behviour, body language and group dynamics. All this knowledge allows PetWise to carefully match dogs into suitable playgroups, maintain safe and positive social interactions and recognise when dogs needs a rest or quiet time.

Did you know that not all day care centres have outdoor space or that if they do may not be attached to the indoor area? Our outside space is HUGE, attached to the indoor area and filled with platforms and ramps, perfect for a good run around and has paddling pools for a splash around in the Summer. 

Nap time is just as important as playtime. Our doggy den is full of sofas for the perfect nap between plays. Our clients always mention how homely the den feels with the added perk that all dogs are allowed on the sofas!!

Dogs thrive on routine and familiarity - thats why our daycare operates on a weekly membership basis where each dog attends at least once a week. This allows us to:

- Maintain stable playgroups of compatible dogs

- Keep numbers low

- Build real dog friendships and trust

- Provide a structured day with play, enrichment and rest

Our daycare has been carefully designed to give dogs the space and enrichment they need for a fun, stimulating day with friends. PetWise has over 13,000sqft of indoor and outdoor play areas - allowing us to create different activity zones, rest areas and enrichment spaces throughout the day. 

We have created the very first Sensory Garden for dogs!! Somewhere that they can go for some quite time, and use all their senses to explore dog safe plants, textures under their paws and hear relaxing sounds.
